I was wondering what the highest bounty on a rat is? I heard that there are up to 10 mil bountys on rats in BCs and BBs out in 0.0 space. Is this as high as they get?

salvadori sarpati's bounty as stated above is in the region of around 2 bill ( ithink its 1.7)

I think he is a NPC or maybe an Actor's PC... Not a player like us, though...

0.0, very deep. Try and find one of the special systems that has a security rating of under 0.0 (check the EVE data files t20 dumped a while ago) - they spawn more often there.

Fairmear is right about the 10 mil officer... However there is a 1 bil isk bounty on that Rogue Dreadnaught flying around Gallente Space...

Except I don't think it's currently flying around. Maybe he'll undock for another event soon and we'll get another chance at him.

There is a 6mil rat in a hidden complex in .4 space.
But,no hints where  .
The 10 mil rat's are worth much more than their bounty thou. They drop faction loot, which can be sold in the realms of billions.
