Item: Moros Gallente Dreadnought
Starting bid : 3.5 Billion isk
Minimum bid increment: 50 Million isk
Closing date and time. 25 August 03:00 Eve Time
Reserve price : 3.5 Billion isk
Buyout price : 6 Billion isk
Sniper rule : 10 minutes
Item Location : Will be built at your location
Location Requirements:
*0.5 or higher security
*system reachable without going through < 0.5 security
*factory and office space available
*there is no additional fee - office rental only if it is stupidly high 
When the auction is over, it will take us two days to get the components to the location and get the factory started. Run time is 11.5 days approximately. Delivery will be when the ship is built. I will keep the buyer updated on the delivery date.
This is the official auction thread. No bids will be allowed in game or on other forums.
ICSC (Interstellar Capital Systems Consortium) is a group of capital ship builders. We are currently making Moros dreadnaughts, with production of the Naglfar and Phoenix to start in the next 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively. We also manufacture Obelisk and Fenrir freighters currently.
Our website is still under construction, but does contain a working jumprange tool. This is the only part of the website currently ready for consumption. We are not responsible for errors in the jumptool; that being said it is free to all and should be accurate.

Dreads can only fly in .4 or less so u need to change your policy matey

This is a bit off topic, so I apologise for this, but Dreads can be constructed in, and undocked in, 0.5 or higher. You cannot generate a cynosural field in 0.5 or higher, however, so this means that if you build the Dreadnought in, for example, Amarr you might not be able to move the Dreadnought out of the system.
If you build the Dreadnought in Esa (0.6?), however, you can quite readily jump into Y-MPL (0.0) with not too high skills in the Jump Drive related skills.

I updated the jumptool late last night. First, you can only jump to 0.3 or lower, see Oveur's post here. There was also a issue with rouding (solved) and placing systems in the wrong category (solved).
Also added the possibility of opening the page ingame, trusting the site and the page will automaticly update as you travel. And it defaults to the system where you are then.
Of course you can still use it without trusting the site.

and the most alliances who have the cash, bought the bpos to have constant cheap supply.
We first wanted to buy the ships, but prices where to high, so we own an BPO set now too

We have dreadnaught pilots. We would build it in 0.5+ and could do the first jump for you, transfer in a station, etc. This is no problem.
