Eager to take the fight we undock in TXW and make best speed to gal. We run into a Casoff. Moa gang with 3 black birds that naturally **** off at the sight of us. In Gal we find the UA gang finishing off a POS. They unachor mods while a bestower lands to poop out a new small tower. The Ti3 gang warps off; we jump into system and warp to the tower in order to shoot it to provoke UA into coming back. It works sooner than expected, as local spikes a proteus decloaks next to me, and hostile Ti3's start landing as our gang is in warp. I initially call the proteus primary (derp) because :shiny: and :no reps:, but someone quickly pointed out that we should probably be shooting tier 3's so we don't get alpha'd off field, just as Snake's lach pops. After that however, everyone is able to warp off as our hero scimmy mitigates a slight amount of incoming DPS giving more time to react. The entire time they burned off out of range as I held point on the proteus so I think we only had a drake pointing stuff. Things were killed, field was held and looted, and faction loots were had to cover for losses. Fleet made it home without incident.
