I've played way too much Eve today, which I really shouldn't do, because I have an 8-page paper tomorrow. :@
It involves a lot of derp on my part, but it was fun regardless.
Fight One - AVRSE v. IRED
My CEO and I were managing our moon-goo empire, when we happened upon an I-RED gang. I-RED is notorious for never fighting Rote, because of ~blobs~ and ~skill~ and stuff with which they cannot compete. We got into the system before the enemy gang and proceeded to burn off the gate. Hawk was first primary, but then Lex switched to the aggressed Rupture. Before I could switch, I was jammed by the Blackbird, and I was furiously trying to get out of range to blap the Harpy, but he was gaining on me even with MWD overheated. He scrammed me at 15k, and it was a lollokilinks moment. I died, and then Lex died, though not until after the Rupture was dead. GF

Fight Two - COWARDS v. ROTE
I caught up to a roam in my Ares and quickly tracked down a gang of 3x Exeq, 2x cane, harbinger, 2x falcon, rupture, corax, and Deimos. We have 4x Talos, Cynabal, Drake, and my Ares. I get a good warp-in on the gang and then am able to point both the Cane and Rupture while they are taken out. Only one dude sicks warrior ii's on me, and no one else attempts to fight our Taloses. We have a latecomer arrive in an anti-Falcon Rook. I trail them to the next system, where I am able to catch a Harbinger on gate, get jammed by the Falcon, who then warps off, and then reestablish point on the Harbinger. :v

Fight Three - TRIBE v. ROTE
I was picking up some loot from last night's fleet when I saw a number of TRIBAL BAND in local. I mentioned that I would be down for an honour duel. On scan, I saw "two Vagas, a Nado, and the rest in frigs; 15 of them." Their FC contacted me, so I pinged madly and got 7 dudes. We shipped into T1 armor cruisers, and based on my faulty intel, we decided we didn't need reps. We went heroically to fight them, but DPS was hard to concentrate, because we'd have one or two people chasing the Vagas and Nado around grid while others were being scrammed by the frigs. Somehow, we killed a Vaga at the end, and our Arbitrator solo'ed a Jag and made it out alive.
Should have brought some Augoror's and Brutices. GF

A battle report from a fight tonight, in which I flew a RAIL THORAX (lol) and in which two AVRSE pilots manned the Scythe logi backbone:
Cue wrote:We had a nice fight with Groon tonight. They had us outcomped with similar numbers, however we had two scythes to their no logi. All in all, I'd say it was a even fight. They setup on our in gate in X-M, and we jumped into them. They were moving our way and us their way, so we mostly just collided. Fight started as we decloaked, and starburst to try and spread points. Once we knew they were taking the fight, they start trying really hard to scram me in my scythe, and actually managed to for one cycle, although I managed to coast out and warp off before they caught me again. I had some fun at the sun repping up someone else who had warped off. As I landed back on grid, there's apparently three primaries and my other scythe is jammed. Worse yet, I lost my rep drones. :( Two or three fleetmates got saved in armor/structure as I burned in and out of rep range. Of particulare note was Serric, who I burned in and out of rep range of a good 4 or 5 times. He was in the middle of the hostile fleet, so as I got closer, their tackle came my way naturally. GFs were had in local while we cleaned up what was left. BR here
We also fought some more groups of nerds on our roam, killing one particularly shitfit Curse. |

Today we jumped on two GOON dreads shooting a tower with a token talos support gang. We jump in, kill the taloses, and start on the dreads, but GSF batphoned Suddenly Spaceships to save them.
