Whenever I am there I own it.
Except when people try to have a fleet battle with 8 thoraxes, who all launch drones at teh same time, and set the server back about 2 minutes.
Then I just leave

i just claim mhc mkay, that's my home system now get rid of it
Now go camp it and don't run away 
Anyway syndicate is the strangest 0.0 you see, it can change from time to time. One time you see hostiles everywhere, another time it's as peacefull you can get. Kinda funny 
But the claim part has been said above so you should know everything by now.

yeah I remember my old times from there. There were those boooring days with noone and nothing to do xcept mining and npc'ing, and there were those hectic days with everyone shouting and screaming and running and killing and dying... with the occasional slaughter.
Alas, that's Syndicate.

its a great place to either get killed alot and/or die alot depending on how long you stay but I say if u want to see a lot of targets bring your pirating ships....the more the merry'er :)

We would travel up there more often but its easy for the corps in that end of space to simply log on more players and blob us to death. I've seen it happen before and chances are it will happen again.
As for the rest of Syndicate; Teddies/Tundragon operate mainly in FD-MLJ/PF-346 with raids into the northern reaches most of the time. Occasionally they come south but not so often.
T-R-S roam throughout Syndicate/Outer Ring/Cloud Ring and northern Fountain as far as I know.
PTF sit in Y9G-KS mining crokite and trying to kill the unaffiliated locals.
Lots of randoms head into UTKS-5 to run the newly implemented 10/10 Serpentis complex, which can provide alot of targets if you're ready for them.
Beyond that, the only consistent locals are 3FA, who have been resolutely in the area for as long as DNA. The only other alliance i can think of would be the OSS (BOS/TFC/LIH/etc) and then there was the group that Contraband Inc tried to put together to attack Imperium.
Thats it really. No one can ever hold Syndicate. It is too interwoven to be locked down, and I believe about 3 or 4 different groups claim it currently.

I dont know were you get your info from Tolon. i realy dont think we got kicked out of syndicate. We realy left....all there was to to there was mine . So we went els were looking for targets. But now that there are more targets in syndicate we have come back |

I'm not going to deny that you blew some of us up. But all you've done there is smack talk.
I'm glad people found my post helpful, however, there were a few things I left out; some xJQA corps still in the area, this includes the newly (re)formed Solstice Navy and Octavian Vanguard. Their reasons I have no idea about, could be crokite orientated or could be to settle a score with TFC, I don't know.
And there are, of course, the random corporations passing through and random people there to npc.
The region fluctuates between stabilty and complete unpredictability. It is both my favourite region and the one i despise the most, and hopefully it will stay that way. We will see.
