Well before I could find them in the 1/10 sansha complexes by killing the 45K frig gatekeeper thing but I havent got a SINGLE one the last 2 weeks of time!
Someguys is talking about going to 3/10 instead but I dont know if thats true? I just dont find ANY sansha complexes with 3/10, only some serpentis and rogue drones..?
If yes, what rat do I need to kill to get it+

I get them from the Squad Leader in the 3/10 Sansha Command outposts, on occasion. Please note: This is NOT 100%.
I have a list of 58 3/10 complexes *EDIT* Personally visited and verified by me. These are not based on vague rumours or BMs of systems that MIGHT have complexes. These are BMs of the Plex Beacons, themselves. *END EDIT*, including about 8 Sanshas (¦ 2). Evemail or convo me in game and I will negotiate a price on copies of all 58 BMs or a smaller package of either of the three different types of 3/10s (Command Outpost, Rogue Drone, Narcotics Warehouse)*EDIT* Delivery available at a small fee *END EDIT*

well I didnt really find any "Ask a question" here forum :(
And as I got them in 1/10 before and that seems changed without telling that must be a bug :P

Had one once (on my first 1/10 complexe btw) on the gatekeeper, but since then nothing. Did a 3/10 sansha only once, so can't talk about it, but I guess chance to drop would be higher (it would make sense).
I noticed something strange in 1/10 complex:
- first, I had 2 drops in all my complex running, 1 succubus bpc and a true sansha plating, both times the gatekeeper droped it.
- second, I had no single worthy loot in 3rd step (best I had was normal tech I which sells for less than 10K).
- third (and this may explain second point), whereas the combat log tells i'm hitting and getting hit by Sansha Outpost Commander, when I looked at my wallet (journal tab) to check the bounty after that kill, the pirate is not called Sansha Outpost Commander anymore. I guess there is some bug here. IMHO there shouldn't be any nice loot on 2nd step, or with really low drop rate. It would prevent people from just farming the sec officer (as he's the one who drops - Often I when I come to the plex, there is some pirates on step 2 and a container with the key, and commander is there on stage 3...), without even taking the time to go at step 3, that's just insane.
- fourth, Commander's bounty is strangely low compared to
a) other pirates in the complex
b) security officer (gate keeper) in 2nd step
whereas he's a bit harder (hit at longer range and for more).

Right. Or she could just check the sticky up top (which im sure she already has) like everyone else > Complex list

Well it seems that not all of them are up to date... I found some don't exist (except if they are hidden complexes), and some are not what they are supposed to be in the list (i had one supposed to be a 1/10 pirate and was a 3/10 drone).
