Bought this character recently for a wormhole escapade, and now that I'm back in nullsec, I no longer need. In the skillsheet, you'll notice there is extremely little fluff/wasted sp.
 Almost all core skills at 5 (armor and shield).
Gunnery/Missiles are nicely started with a lot of skills at 5 and can use small/medium T2 projectiles.
Great minmatar ship skills including stealth bombers, loki, etc. Battlecruisers/Destroyers at lvl 5
Good leadership skill start with some 5's, wouldn't take much to finish them.
Can run lvl 4/5 missions with Brutor Tribe.
Positive wallet, 1 remap available, no kill rights, positive standing, clear kb (with no weird alliance baggage), +4 implants, character will be in Amarr.
Start Bid: 10b
Reserve: Hidden
Buyout: 15b
*This auction will run until buyout is accepted, or 24 hours after reserve is met.
All CCP rules apply, I'll pay the cost of transfer.

Will increase my offer to 12.75 bil if you want a b/o offer today.
Wouldn't go any higher as that's my limit for any subcap pilot under 40m sp's. Can get another decent skilled cap pilot for not a lot more.

@ Matthew: Toon is in Amarr w/ clone set to Amarr. My apologies if that wasn't clear in the original post. Also has 2 jumpclones set for Rens.
@ Kenshyn: 12.75b is a generous offer and much appreciated. I'd really like to get 13.5b if possible. |

I offer a 13.5 Billion ISK buyout price under the following conditions:
1) If accepted , No sniper rule may occur, the acceptance of the offer is binding. The seller may not withdraw from the bid or accept a higher purchase price.
2) If the seller accepts the buyout price of 13 billion ISK and attemots to withdraw, the seller hereby grants CCP permission to transfer the character "Jexis Ghan" as well as aoolocate the agreed amount from my ac count to yours.
3) The clone grade must be up to date and cover the full skillpoints of the character
4) The seller MUST transfer the 13.5 Billion ISK once it has been recieved, the amount must not remain on the character for CCP to transfer
If you're happy with those terms and conditions, please state that you agree with them, and then I'll meet you in game :)
The offer stands for a total of 15 minutes.
