Thank you all for reading this. If you post a reply, plz include your corp website(always a good source of info). Any questions, eve-mail me or ask them here.
I am currently looking for a corp that offers the following:
 based in 0.0,in an alliance or not.
active playerbase and well structured.
TS would be nice
NO PIRATING in any form whatsoever.
access to: lvl4-missions(group if possible),structures(group?),hunting.
to understand that everyone has a life besides EVE
other things you offer members?, plz post.
Ok,so who am I?
 15M sps,mostly gunnery.I have scrapmetal processing tho
mature player, 23y old
Been a missionrunner almost all my EVE-life.
there is no me, only us mentality.
 one downside: no PvP-experience, since I've lived in Empire since the beginning. So my future corp must be willing to help me out on this one
 Why am I leaving my current corp
Due to RL-issues some players have + my goal in EVE is to move to 0.0,survive in 0.0 and to have some fun in 0.0

We have a division that specializes in combat related exercises (PVP, NPC) and we have access to low security and 0.0 space and I think this may be ideally what your looking for based on your post.
Our members recieve a wage subsidary to complement their solo earnings for working in the team, and get exclusive discounts on items bought from the industrial arm of the group.
We use voice communication programs (TS and Ventrilo).

Thanks to all the people who have replied and EVEmailed me.
But others can still do so, nothing has been decided yet.
update: I've gotten some mails about RP-corps. As I do RP on other games I don't see myself Rp'ing on EVE.

With everythign you said sounds like you would fit right in at Gentec.
