So, the Bounty Office is cool and all, but the problem with it is that it's useless other than finding out the top people for said bounties. What needs to be added is a Kill Rights Office. Somewhere where you can buy and sell kill rights. It will also help alleviate having to be line-of-sight with the target to activate them in space.
Moreover, we need to be able to see them. It would offer more PVP capabilities to players who want to do a little PVP work every now and then. Otherwise, keep the KRs dynamic as it is now, because other than that little problem, it's perfect, in my honest opinion.

I agree. We need to be able to see who has kill rights against them, and if they are up for sale / shared for what ever price was set.
Then be able to purchase them, and have them be active for an allotted time since Bounty Hunting only seems to work for those who live in Low Sec or Null Sec where the threat of getting concorded is not a threat. There needs to be an Option of Picking up Bounty Contracts and having the Rights to Hunt and Kill said Bounty with out getting Concorded or getting Kill Rights against yourself for trying to Complete a Bounty Issued against another player. There needs to be a fair play 24 hour duration when selecting through potential targets. People who want to bounty hunt should be able to do so with out repercussions other then said Target not Concord. |
