So I did not know where else to go. I am considering putting money into an ipod, but there is some stuff about it I don't like. Like I have to recharge it at my PC(I know I can buy stuff that makes me go around that). And 15- 18 hours of battery time is not that much imo. Any1 had experience with ipods plz let me hear em.
Iam considering putting the money into a PSP instead...

15-18 hours should be fine dude, you can just recharge it overnight and use it during the day. ------------------------------------------

I bought the 30gb iPod photo and don't regret it for a second. I love the thing.
BTW, it comes with an AC to USB adapter, so you can charge it elsewhere. (Car chargers are available too)

My room mates 40gig just ****** up huge, and he lost all the backed up **** he had on it(pictures and ****) It would just freeze and if he tried to connect it to his computer it would freeze the computer.
Besides the problems he's having atm when I've used it it's been decent. _________________________________________________________

I prefer the Zen Touch--its 100 dollars cheaper, 50% more battery life, does the same exact thing... and it isn't Apple. -- Proud member of the [23].

I got me an Iriver as well. Not sure if you can do it with IPOD's but i upgraded my Iriver disk inside with a normal 2.5" half height laptop disk. Cheaper than buying a new Iriver I will also be using my radio in mine to listen to England beating Australia in test 4 over the weekend
Just a small advantage and one worth considering when buying these things Darwin 4tw

Aye ive got a Sony Walkman NW-E407 its uber. 1gb, 50 hours playback, the software is pretty cool as well, if irritating at first. The design of it and its functions just make me want to wet myself.

I've got a Creative Zen Micro and had absolutely no problems with it - can recharge via USB aswell as AC, has a 5GB HDD, and the menu system is pretty sweet.
Really nice headphones too.

My Zen Jukebox went through two hard disks before i gave up with it. Not to say all Zens are the same, maybe just that my one was fecked up? Darwin 4tw
