As in topic title, this char has very high standings with a few npc factions. most notably Duvolle Labs. standing of 9.57. Federation navy 8.54 and Roden shipyards 6.02.
He has access to the maximum amount of Lv 4 Q20 R&D agents (6), and he currently has the skills to research with 4 of them at once.
Sisters of eve faction standing of 7.17,
Gallente Fed. standing of 6.13 and Minmatar republic standing of 5.30.
He can anchor a POS in high sec upto 0.6.
