Due to lack of informations or unwanted comunication from some people, RO Alliance's diplomatic relations with other alliances are totaly misunderstood, in some cases.
I feel obliged to make this forum post to clearly specify:
The ONLY FRIEND of RO Alliance, at this point, is Cruel Intentions.
The ONLY NAP of RO Alliance, at this point, is with Mercenary Coalition.
The ONLY declared ENEMIES of RO Alliance, at this point, are SMASH Alliance, G Alliance and The Forsaken Empire.
All other alliances are NEUTRALS in our point of view.
RO penetrations in certain systems, under sovereignity of other alliances, are and will be ONLY the result of instigations from their part, fully unmotivated, to which we respond the same.

You have to love alliances that get born, only to spew official announcements about who's hostile and whatnot. You guys are still in infancy, alliance wise. Do you really think that banging your chest with NO factual support, is going to get you anywhere ?
Especially when your home region is so close to the Northeners that you just mentioned as being hostile. Your home region, daily invaded, and your ops and members daily at risk, and yet you seek to make more and more enemies. Reality check due, gentlemen.

Logan, I'm sure it makes sense to you, on a certain level. Time however, will prove you oh so wrong.
Stating my reasoning is pointless, I have done so in a few ocasions, and it fell to deaf ears, and foolish behaviour.
RO is not something you want to be part of, however intriguing and liberal their policies sound. I almost (accent on almost), feel sorry for the Cruel Intentions guys. They're too good to have such company.

Yeah I think you might have misunderstood what Ly'sol was getting at. Gotta admit reading that press release and seeing the Northern Pact guys -10KOS'ing RO alliance bit by bit I was thinking "cool, more friends in theatre". I don't know anything about RO but if their not shooting MC, 5 and BoB and they are shooting PA GIMP IRON and FE and co they've gotta be on the right side surely ?

RO alliance its over. No one can assume this fact except the people from RO.
How was expected this alliance self-destructed because of lack of diplomacy and personal interest.
Its saddly but its true, I'm romanian too and i know the leader of this kind of alliance must be a very diplomat guy to hold in one piece diference POV of each member.
Fly safe until we will see another attempt of creating a Romanian alliance.

SMASH have a POS with many large guns in D7- and stay inside of POS all day. Sometime they come in sniper position and kill something / other times they face 5-6 sniper bs and they got killed :)

We are currently not in Geminate, but we will sort in future all issues. And, hey, an undefended pos must be a joy to shot...

we dont have a nap to my knowledge RO. i could be wrong. im just a newb alt spy working for the PA.

The terms of that NAP has run out a very long time ago. All MC NAPs are temporary unless you have a signed retainer with us. The RO NAP was during our SMASH warring, but that NAP should have been revoked immidiatly when we lost interest in SMASH.
How it got on the Diplomacy Table at all I do not know. MC has a policy to be politically neutral, we do not sign lasting NAPs.
If you wish to go with the most basic nature of what a NAP is, then everyone is per default on or non-aggression list (with the exception of empire (NPC) or pirate corporation members). This setting changes when someone pay us to change it or when someone does something stupid enough to earn a change.

I hate the damn things too. 
We're in the process of cleaning out all of the region's POS's, Awalance. Obviously, the smaller ones with the least defense are our current priority. Over the next few weeks, that priority will shift to the more well-defended ones. More than a few POS's have already willingly been removed by thier owners as well. Anyone who wishes to arrange a possible temporary +5 standing to withdraw from the region is free to contact us.
Should RO wish to return to Geminate, please notify us ahead of time so we may discuss the situation with our client. Until then, fly safe and good luck.
