How complex of a site are you looking to get (number of pages, amount of custom coding effort, api integration, etc)?
If coding is required, what code base are you looking for (.NET, PHP, etc).
Are you looking to have a CMS system implemented?
What is your timeframe for the project?
An approximate budget and a (even if vague) set of requirements would be helpful. |

A vague set of requirements is all i can give, but roughly 5-10 pages, a lot of coding (PHP most likely) and definite API integration.
I don't think that CMS would be necessary. Guessing that this process would take a few months.
Budget all depends on the agreed upon amount so EVEmail me if you're a designer and interested!
