Most of my hate appears when I 'm behind the wheel. I can't stand:

1. People who slow to 2mph to make a corner. This amplifies when there's a middle lane or turn off that they could go in but choose to hold up traffic instead.
2. Pull who come to a dead stop before traversing over a speed bump in low gear
3. People who go 10mph under the speed limit
4. People who don't check their mirrors before turning

Solution:
1-4 reinforced Ram

I agree wholeheatedly with all of those. I believe that slow drivers can be almost as dangerous on the road as fast drivers.

People hitting motorway slip lanes and not accelerating past 30mph also gets my blood boiling. I hate having to try to filter into traffic going more than twice my speed.

3) People having loud and lengthy cell phone chats on trains, buses, or any other shared public place.
Solution: Cell phone jammer Edit: Whoops, I see that cell phone jammers are illegal in the U.S. under Federal law.

That's another one. Even though my girls got a fat ass on her, she can still make it to freeway speed long before the end of the on ramp. There's no reason why the guy in front of me can't do the same. Around here a lot of our updated on ramps start as 2 lane at the top and merge into one lane at the bottom and there have been a number of times where I've jumped into the other lane to shoot past somebody who I've been stuck behind for a while if I feel he won't make it to speed in time.

Again, nothing a reinforced ram couldn't solve.

Edit: In fact one of my rear end collisions was a result of one of these idiots. We were merging on to the connector (stretch of freeway that connects I-84 to downtown) and I was coming up behind 2 other vehicles. As we were getting ready to enter traffic I turned my head to look for my gap, the guy 2 vehicles up hit his brakes and decided to treat the on ramp like a ******* yield stop. When I looked forward it was too late and all I saw was tailgate.

1) +1 on the tailgaters
Solution: Reinforced ram, as Michael said. Like on the Roman triremes in the movie Ben Hur, except mounted on the rear. Slam on the brakes and let tailgater impale his/her radiators.

2) Lane-darting drivers. (You're on an urban expressway, heavy traffic is moving at a decent clip. You're leaving a moderately safe distance between you and the vehicle in front. Guy comes from the side and jumps into your gap, leaves 2 feet from your bumper to his. Proceeds to keep gap-jumping between lanes that way, working his way to the front).
Solution: a) See above, except the ram is on the front.
b) Install a truck horn on your passenger vehicle. If you can't ram them, at least scare the crap out of them. (I'm seriously checking this out. But I doubt my Toyota has space under the hood for a full-bugle truck horn. I need a compact 90 decibel horn. Any recommendations on that anybody?)
