All great fighting, no smack in local what so ever.
It also was a nice change of pace for us to actually have a target that fought back from time to time. And when you did you did pretty well, out kill/death ratio wasnt as high as it use to be so you guys have our fullest respect.
All in all a fun week for us and hope you had as well.

Whenever I have fought them they have been good guys, especially in terms of local etiquete. Wish I could say the same for myself

Yep, I have a lot of respect for CVA.
So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong and to strike at what is weak. |

On behalf of the CVA i wish to thank the Cult of Cthulhu for a week of quality action. With such a small core you are highly effective and well disciplined, and deserve great praise for it. Also was the first time I've ever seen pilots apologise for crashing during combat. 
Best of luck in the future guys.

I must admit I wasn't too interested in fighting CoC. I'd dealt with them in a previous incarnation up north and didn't have a favorable view of them at all.
While with two exceptions chasing ships around I wasn't online enough to see them (or UK or anyone else) I must admit the rest of CVA spoke very highly of CoC. With a crazy RL I didn't view them as something to deal with as I wasn't around but I'm also realizing they're not what I expected either.
Hats off to CoC the respect paid to you in our private forums by those who fought you shows you guys a class act. Indeed this thread itself is a testament to your standing which for me has reached a new level.
So well done CoC and while I wasn't around to fight you thanks for giving the CVA some good fighting over the course of the week. /me salutes.

Well we ARE roleplayers you know......... If you want to fight us the scripture readings are a fringe benefit you get. I tried to engage CoC once with them but they ignored me. Still it was fun
On a more humerous note though once we had a few pirate cornered down south and I was in "full-preaching" mode. The conversation got downright nasty yet CVA guys we stayed in full character even talking amongst ourselves. The locals were loving it but the pirates were NOT. I'm talking four letter word foul nasty in local from them with no wavering from us. 
Yet in the midst of the pirates who were really outnumbered spewing this stuff that made this ex-sailor cringe something funny happend. I still laugh about it to this day.
One of the pirates screamed in local "OH MY GOD I LISTENED TO THAT CXXP IN SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR 12 YEARS PLEASE MAKE HIM STOP!!!!!". He had "snapped" and went off on a tirade about his parents making him attend Sunday school and stuff. I mean he REALLY snapped!!!
It was hysterical and after three years is STILL probably the funniest thing I've had happen to me in Eve.

CVA seem well organized and are good fighters, and has probably put up the best resistance we've ever had in a war. All-round nice guys too.
A few of their pilots deserves a special mention. Ramruqai is a great pilot and a nice guy. At one occation, him and Balinn engaged our two Zealots with a jamming Thorax (gallente ship!) and a maller. They knew they'd lose, but still did this ballsy move.
Aralis lost 5 apocs, but he still didn't stop fighting and he was in on several of the kills CVA had against us. He just jumped into a new ship and came back with guns blazing

Was fun fighting you guys again.
Did we do better from your persepctive? Last time we were in all sorts of internal strife, as our military command almost all upped sticks and left with our PVP force halfway through (we were still pretty poor though). This time we have had practice and a stable structure. We feel we have made massive strides. But what do you guys in CoC think? RL has kept me mostly offline this week, so I'm not entirely sure whats been happening?
Oh yeah, H Zub, I wanna see if a Badger 2 can take down your crow sometime. I've had 2 attempts, so maybe 3rd times a charm?
Have fun out there :) Cos we sure as hell did :)

Was a very fun week and from all that I have fought personaly C.C. are the guys I've enjoyed fighting the most and was a real challenge to fight as well. Many rememberable fights in this war, noticed a video from H Zub and our inty duel (downloading now!) hope there will be more videos to see!
I thank all the fought me and killed me for a very rememberable fight.
