My goal as a CSM candidate is primarily to get pilots aware of and interested in the CSM, to find candidates that best represent them and to go out and vote. Encourage your corp members and fellow pilots to take some time to read the eligible CSM candidates campaign messages, discover their agenda and who they are, then engage them in meaningful discourse and challenge their resolve.

Might help if you add a section to your platform on who are, or perhaps more relevantly: Who you've been.
I am pretty sure I know, but many will have no idea. EVE is a sandbox; The only "end-game" content in EVE is the crap that makes you rage-quit. Vote, you bastards! CSM 8 Endorsements: Malcanis, Mike Azaria, Psychotic Monk, Trebor Daehdoow, Ripard Teg |

Hey good to see you are still around, have updated my thread as per your suggestion.
Unfortunately I am currently changing jobs and have a few things on the go at the moment so I'm updating and editing the post as I find time, but hopefully will be settled by the next week. And my Legion! Since no one added one....
I approve of said statements. Exactly what EVE has been needing, I feel it has become a meta game of sorts complete with spreadsheets and cluttered windows. Enhanced player customization of both ships and characters with open those windows to both vets and newbies.
Being a role-player myself I especially like the idea of being able to express your loyalties to whichever Corporation, Empire, or Pirate Faction you choose to immerse yourself. Greater customization options in general for character creation and redesign would be excellent to begin with.
How can one become more involved in this and what can be expected in the future? Do you see yourself actually being able to make these changes? I don't ask in doubt of your abilities but rather my inexperience with this sort of campaign altogether. There is no death in Nation. |

Sadly I cannot promise that any of those ideas and features will make it into game (although previous suggestions I've made are now in game - but other people made them too!). I can however promise to present them to CCP at every available opportunity because I already do!
Getting players to take part in the CSM on the other hand is a different story and my CSM participation program and local chats are slowly gaining traction.
If you'd like to get involved with the CSM process you could go and read other candidates posts and ask them questions or bring up issues that you'd like them to respond to. If you'd like a wider audience you can post in the Assembly hall forum where people can vote if they agree with what you've written, but check first to make sure your idea or issue hasn't already been raised
For ideas and feature discussion there is a forum for it, but posts usually go there to quietly die. I'd advise against bringing up new ideas in the General Discussion forum unless you've carefully thought it through and can present supporting material, but I've done it before with varying degrees of success.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my post. <3 Apricot Baby CSM Participation Reward Program - www.tinyurl.com/caldariprimeponyclub Earn rewards for taking part in this year's CSM Elections |

I support this endeavor. As a new player it is hard to get a handle on how to develop your character and make enough isk to keep moving forward without grinding low level missions or mining. Spend as much time reading and google searching as playing. Sadly, although I could use the new player rewards it looks like a miss it by 5 days. Funny, don't feel like I'm not still lost. |

Yes, still around and commenting on CSM and game issues
Apricot Baby, I have to say I struggled a bit on hitting the endorse button, but just did. (On an alt account I was holding in reserve; I have near enough accounts to be considered a block to myself.) I like your ideas, and love looking at the images and designs you've put out, but you seem paradoxically to be a bit too focused to the point of obsession on ship customization while having attention deficit problems on other things like actually developing a character to stick with.
Appreciate your CSM participation program as well.
There is room on a good CSM for a player focused on better ship customization. I agree that it would be great to have some of these things and could help people feel invested in the game.
Supporting your push to get on the ballot & best of luck to you.

It makes me wonder if AB will use that voice over Skype, and show up on video feeds as a machanima version of her toon in an Amarr CQ, also with that voice. Malcanis, Ripard Teg, and Trebor Daehdoow for CSM 8

It was more due to me running out of time than anything. The first portion of the interview where Xander speaks was created from single word bites and took waaaay too long to get sounding right as I had to modulate each sample. I released about half way through that it was completely unnecessary and just used samples of multiple words and strung them together. If I can add to it I would.
Regarding the rest of the questions, I would love to do so but I'm sure I can't type fast enough in a real interview for it to sound quite right :3 nor would it be fair to other candidates if I have more time to answer when I reply in character....

Sorry I missed your question, the characters that I used for the last 2 CSMs and this one were selected intentionally. After I resigned from the fifth CSM I created specific guidelines as to how I could run for each consecutive candidacy period, the requirements of which included what characters could be used.
While I doubt the details and purpose are of any consequence (they're vaguely personal), I do not mind divulging them if there is honest interest. CSM Participation Reward Program - www.tinyurl.com/caldariprimeponyclub Earn rewards for taking part in this year's CSM Elections |

I was just curious what happened to T'Amber.
Since you mentioned it, though, why did you resign from CSM5?
