Yeah fix the damn %^$#
I have been trying to log into the game for two hrs and
when I finally managed I get "Docking operation already in progress"
and now I cannot do %&^$

yep i am STUCK at entering game too on two seperate accounts on two different pc's so we know where the problem is- please fix i cant even petition.

Well.. you guys are not alone... i wounder what CCP are doing if
you are not being able to log on due to their problems with the
server and your Freighter is on day 11 of 12, and you need to pay
the bill..... startover 12 days again ?
Just getting sick of all this problems.... CCP dont realize that
they created a game that means that some of us need to be around
to get things rolling... if we are gone, POS may stop, factories
stops, etc... seems this problem have been here for atleast more
than 24h and its still here...
Should be some way to let users report in serious problem like this
and the CCP should start to learn to inform us players about problems and that they are working on it... not wait 5 days to tell
us that there is a problem... doh..

My guess? CCP don't work weekends... And as we are only a few reporting the problem (I have it too), I mean a few from the many thousands, then they wont be fixing this, or even looking at IF it can be fixed till Monday!
If we could get every single person that can't log to post here, and the post was truly massive, then we might see some action.

I'm having the same problem too....it just stops at the "Entering Station" part of the log in. It worked for me just fine 4 hours ago. Was hoping to switch over a skill... |

Let's think about this -> Shouldn't the steady money flow they get from all paying customers to this game be partly paying for 24/7/365 customer support? This kind of **** is for sure killing the game for some folks. I have time to around 5-10 hours of gameplay on any given week -> this week it seems that the playtime is downgraded to writing customer support questions and forum threads... Now this I can do with the games I'm NOT paying for monthly.

same for me, stuck entering game as... right after getting booted, hope the ship is okay, suck i was just about finished with 1 skill and wanted to start another. they should give us a skill training bonus to help make up for it. this seems to happen quite a bit, i hope they are paying attention

Same problem here. The past couple of night i've been unable to login. I'm new to the game, just about a week, but i'm wondering if this is a common problem? I thought the game would be running smooth after 2 years. |

It happens all the time. Not to mention the CTD's (crash to desktop) every 30 mins or so.

One question I'd like to ask tho, how well to they respond to issues in this game? Are they quick and reliable, and give info or acknowledge problems in the game? Or are they slow to react and never say a word?
I'm just really curious, i've played games with great and horrible support and was just wondering how things run in the new game I love.
