I have never gotten the first minute of love from CCP on any issues I have ever had. Going to be interesting to see if this is just a short term issue or a long term problem that causes me to cancel billing yet again and wait another year to try this again.

I know senior BoB people, they have the same problems getting petitions answered as everyone else (I know one that left over crappy customer service). Big alliances just get CCP's attention on some subjects better. [5] using drones on POS got them nerfed, XETIC whining got alliance war costs increased etc. That said I think some GM's are partisan ([5] say the GM's love XETIC, FA say the GM's love BoB :P), but I don't think the GM's as a whole have any particular partisan leanings. While the entire situation's not as bad as I made it out to be, the examples in my post above are real, and it does seem that BoB petitions are more often successful than those of lowly peons such as myself. Oh, and to the person who mentioned SOE's customer service (or lack thereof), I agree 100%. If you think the partisanship you see here is bad, try SOE's CSR's - not only are they partisan, but they're also grossly incompentent and rude, to boot. EDIT: I quit playing SWG for a reason - SOE doesn't much care about their customer experience...or anything except money (which is funny, because keeping customers happy keeps them coming back). -Wrayeth
