Could you please confirm that regular non FW pilots are unable to engage each other in this system today so FW pilots can get in :) Thanks.

The Faction Navy has been disabled so that enemy faction pilots can get in there and mix it up without NPC intervention... only the Dev's running the event will provide noticable outside influence on the event. If you can do none of the above, your only option is to complain on the forums that somehow you are at a disadvantage using the exact same tool set-áas the rest of the player base.

I witnessed several examples of concordokken whilst there. Fortunately, my alt is only somewhat negative at this moment in time, and I didn't fire on any 'illegal' targets. I did get some bounty payments, though. Reds getting blapped whenever they stopped moving was entertaining. Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. Well I think what most people mean when they ask if anyone can participate is if they can enter and freely shoot anyone without consequence... which obviously they can't.
