the warp bubble cannot be deployed above 0.0, i beleve. although maybe at belts/planets. It's flagged, so gates/concord just kill it.
there kinda weak when taking all that damage.

You can only anchor them in 0.0.. ;) ___________________________ Chicks dig Brutor's |

notifyYou cannot do that because it is currently against empire policy to launch or anchor objects of that type within their jurisdictions.

See, the above is ****e, carebears can deploy pos which drain the empires natural rescources and pvpers cant anchor a little bubble?
TBH, i dont care about the empires policies, most of them hate me anyway, so why isnt it a faction hit for anchoring them instead of a dumb ooc ccp response?
Anchor a bubble and your -10 to that faction, thats the way it should be, but i suppose there would be cheaters who would use alts to do it instead

Edited by: Rutefly on 28/08/2005 10:06:30 There are some bugs with warping in at distance on bubbles. Think theres also a xploit involved with placing bubbles at some point in distance to where ppl drop out of warp, behind gates. Not sure. I know that they can be very bouncy and fun

First time I saw that, it scared the crap out of me.
It's a nifty feature though, and it really makes the warp bubbles actually useful!

bubbles 4tw.
Actually i guess it depends on time when person ENTER warp if it will land in bubble. Depends on direction too.
Anyway... good placed bubble is lol. And u don't need to place it behind gate, it works in front too.

the bit where u get sucked into a bubble the other side of the gate when you warp in at 100km, and the buble is 110km away yet you still land smack bang in it is a *****. whilst i like bubbles, i dont think this should apply. bubles i thought were initially designed to make protecting space easier, not so pirates can gank shuttles that was to a gate to see if its camped or not

Bah, that aint the best part of bubbles
If you know a fleet is coming through, stick a warp bubble behind their outbound gate and watch em get scattered all over the place, people ill land anywhere between 0 and 400km from it, then sit 150km behind the gate and blow up anything small

bubbles are an excellent idea. ive been caught by them before and used them before. im not complaining.
although i do think we should be able to anchor at least small ones, or even bring out empire-specific micro ones or something that we can use in low sec. _______________________________________________

'Twould be cool if in Empire (or maybe just in 0.4 and lower) if you could use them, but they would only affect people you were at war with or -5 or less confirmed, no hope of redemption bad guys.
Yeah, that would be great.

Does bubbles affect the person/corp anchoring it as well if I warp away and warp back?
