Not this kind, more did you played it before mission boost or not? Cause Im talking about low sec before mission boost.
There were lots of low sec mining corps which did pretty well organized mining ops. Multiple BS and support.
That were target which you could pirate.
Now you hardly find miners, and your scanners are full of mission runners which makes scanning belts a horror, cause 90% of the time you scan a BS its a mission runner.
At some point I gave it up and placed myself next to a gate like 80% of the other pirates and killed all travel to make my money.
Its not fault of the pirates things are like this, its more fault of CCP and their changes to "secure" income, untouched by other players which make this.
Before you could interrupt thier money income part, now only thing you can still do is killing them when thy transport their income around and totally waste them, especially when thy loose 200-1000 million isk in one transport.
And before you ask, no its not possible to scan mission points, we tried it with covert ops and all, but most of the time you cant scan thy points cause thy are "extra-safe" safespots impossible to scan with the possibilities the scanner gives you.
And basicly, you still didnt make a point in this thread

Comparing 0.0 piracey to empire is pointless and off topic
As Im concerned as a pirate
0.0 = fun
Empire = isk to have fun in 0.0
This was mentioned on another thread, i said that my corp would fight if they had a 50/50 chance, but that is not a perfect risk V reward, I gamble 200mil bs, I gain 5-50mil in mods if i win. TBH i fight if i have a 10% chance of winning, so im pretty ****** eitherway.

concord are chumps i can kill them and tank the sentry guns at the same time warp to a safe where they respawn on me and log with a tank running and in 1/2 hour i can log safly again and do what i was doing.

In my opinion low sec pirates are on the noobish/carebear end of the pvp spectrum. They cant handle 0.0 so they get thier kicks off of ganking noobs who do not know any better and causing them grief. It takes a lot more effort and skill to get it done in 0.0. its like the difference between playing regular poker and texas hold em. 
If we took your point of view there would not be many pirates about. Are you suggesting that those new to piracy take their little rifters out to 0.0 instead of going for easier low sec targets. The fact of the matter is that low sec systems are the training grounds for pirates. Without them we would not have many capable of taking care of themselves out in 0.0.
Are we too believe that you started piracy in 0.0 without doing any low sec attacks first? I think not. In my opinion low sec systems are a godsend for both pirates and carebears,. They are where both sides learn the basics of surviving in 0.0.
But i will concede the point that there are several gank squads and pirate corps who could "in theory" operate in 0.0 but choose not to. They are aware of the ease at which they can operate in relative safety in low sec and are unwilling to actually risk their ships in a more challenging environment. Pure cowardice or self preservation? The jury is out on this one.
