OK, you reboot server but I still cant enter game.
I get:
Entering game.....
FAILED

I submitted a petition and a GM moved me a system away. I then tried to log in again and got this message before and after reboot.

got kicked out and now cant get back in, screen freezes half way through entering game

I have this same problem. When I first logged in after the reboot, my text was all corrupted. After relogging (with no messed up text) I attempted to leave the station and got hung up. Since then, I have not been able to log in the character, it gets hung at the login screen with the status bar at half.

 Didn¦t know Oursulaert is causing stuck probs atm. Entered just a few mins ago. Now I¦ve been kicked and stuck at "entering game as....".
Dear CCP: Time to fix those stuck-issues - happens almost every day.
