After the last patch its easyer to destroy 25 cruisers then 1 single webfier.. .
even with motion prediction at lvl 5 and M type weapons its still hard to do..

an NPC frigate type called the "webbyfier".
It appears in missions alot and is dead easy to kill if you.....web it
edit: or buy a faction smartbomb with decent damage and at least 7.5km range.

The webifiers in missions and in belts are about as tough to kill as an AF.
Not like thats a bad thing...

Funnily, I find using a webifier against them is suprisingly effective. Adapt, Evolve ... Dominate :)

I've always used 6 Wasp I with my Apoc to kill those little pests. Now I use 6 Wasp II. They go down in 20-30 seconds.

The thing about webifiers (or elite NPC webbing frigs in general) is that if there's more than 1, than you can't destroy fast, you're screwed. 2xweb = win against battleships and cruisers, as it essentially holds you in 1 place, and lets the other ships from the spawn catch up and hit you at the same time = pwned.

Is it me, or do the NPC webbers spew out the most "junk" when they explode?
Web the webbers, and use drones.
My pal uses L smartbombs. It was fun to see 3 of them spew out a lot of junk at the same time.
If there are many of them at a spawn, draw them away from the main force.

Thats cos they're small and fast .. thus use something small and fast.
Its great, ship diversity needed a big hit to kill the bigger ship is better. With good webbers around the biggest ship is not better, its pwned.
(or try webber/drones/something that can track)
