First off, this char has some industry, well a fair bit actually.
The industry she has however is pretty useful, she can invent and build t3, Vargurs, Panthers, Widows, freighters and other caps ships and mods, all races t2 up the command ships and pretty much any t2 stuff you could need.
She could use a rorqual (just grab book) and needs just the book for the industrial core also would be able to use most of the compression bpos if you wanna go this route.
All this is fine but its only a bonus really, this gal is a fine carrier pilot with some nice subcap skills too, check it out.
Highlights:
 13.6m sp in drones!!!! Only needs fighter bombers to 5 to be maxed out for carriers
Cyno 5
Electronic Warfare 5, for projected ECM
Decent booster, can use armour and information gang links
Perfect Armour Comps, all 5s
Nearly perfect nav skills, needs only JFC to 5, if you could be bothered. JDC is already at 5.
Gall. BS 5
Minnie BS 5 (with these 2 bs 5s she's a pretty much maxed Vindicator pilot, could be a maxed Mach girl too, need some work on guns there though)
Flies Jump Freighters for Minnie and Gall, if oxygen isotopes are a little pricey lately why not switch to hydrogen?
Same for the carrier, Minnie carrier lv 4 and cap ships 4.
Has access to tons of agents plus has 5 RND agents running atm getting some nice passive income or datacores for your invention jobs.
Anyway, for all this I'm asking 21b buyout
Thats about 245m per mil sp, very cheap for such a nice cap pilot
