With the upcoming skill changes you can get orca / freighter hauling alt within "few" days - so my 3bil B/O - and this is only what i need.

If you are looking for a builder alt who can transport his own minerals, then this guy is a good choice.
Khamat can build 2 charons every 8 days (including all component pieces) at a POS. That can be quite profitable if you have all the bpos and a POS.
If you are looking for strictly a hauler and are not interested in other skills, then you probably wont pay what I'm looking for.
