This hurricane has caused a lot of damage and created some stories of desperate tragedy and heroic response. I had some friends that lost everything in it. I just thought I'd ask all those who believe in a higher power to ask his help for these folks and everyone else having problems right now with the terrible things going on in the world.
We lose ourselves in a game, thank God we are able to enjoy this beautiful game when so many others don't even have a roof over their heads.
Just keeping it in perspective here.

If you believe in a higher power .. why don't you blame him for causing it in the first place, instead of thanking him for not having murdered even more than the 80-odd he has done.
Or you could just keep religion off the boards, as per the forum rules

I agree with keeping religion off the boards. However I would like to say that I feel very badly for the people who got hit with the second round of this storm. My area got hit when it was a cat one and that was bad enough.

since I dont believe in higher powers except IRS and such, I'd say the solution lies in men doing their stuff.
However I feel for people in New Orleans, that sucked.

Discussion about religion is not allowed on the forums. This only leads to arguements. Yes the hurricane, has caused tremendous damage and are thoughts should be with those affected, but please keep religion of these boards. Thank you.
