I constantly get lockups after the 1128 patch, where the screen freezes and I need to restart the game. Anyone else?

Yes, I have had that occasionally for 6 weeks - generally within minutes of starting the game that day, then problem free for hours after that.

Yep i started playing on the day latest patch was released so i have no idea what it was like before patch but what you are describing is exsactly what is happerning to me fine for first 5 minuites of play but then freezeing randomly sometimes for 5 seconds sometimes much longer everything freezes apart from mouse pointer (chat ect) i can alt tab out and computer is fine so its definatly the game i have ac97 onboard soundcard but have latest driver (recommended on forum) and have latest nvidia drivers.
I like this game but its so frustrating haveing to log back in every 5 mins that im affraid its going back unless someone comes up with sorting problem out after i pay to play not to bete test !

yepp i have same prob its a bad thing to have this problem after beta test.its frustrating to pay mo 4 a game that freeze 5 - 10 min after starting it and then have to log off and start the game again and see it happen again. I only have this problem with this game .
ps its gone worse after last patch  hope somting is happening to fix the prob

Contact [email protected] with details regarding your game crashes. They can help you to resolve this issue OR help you to capture usefull information so that the Developers can find out what is causing it and fix it.

The problem seems to be when you leave the people and places tab allways open as long as i dont use it that often it seems to have cleared up the freezeing :)

Well, this problem has somehow gotten worse. I just had the game lock up completely within 30 seconds of getting onto the server....twice in a row.
This is extremely frustrating.
