Thanks for pointing that out Orestes. Can you explain to me then why my signature has been removed not once but TWICE after I changed the image to meet the following specs:
400 pixels wide
75 pixels high
9kb file size
If im not mistaken, 400 x 75 pixels is 30000 pixel area total
Still though I get the "signature is too large" message added back into my profile.

Thanks Plasmatique. We have several versions. I should post a few. But the one you see below is also going through a few changes to streamline it a little.
You should see hi-res background desktop image.

Since I am now a sig graphics rules expert after today's run ins with mods, I would have to say Torin's sig is illegal (gotta be more than 30000 pixel area, and I would bet its bigger than 15k).

Gravedigger. Yep. The resolution is 400x120, within specs. The file size is below 15kb (within specs). I do not think I have it under 30K pixel area. But damn, that makes for a really small size. That would mean that almost everyone's signature in this post is illegal.
If it's so, it's so. We'll make the proper changes.
A proper full resolution I got that adheres to the 30K pixel area is 200 x 52. Am I calculating something wrong here?

I had to make mine more compact - I think they could increase the pixel area and height a little.

Even my old, very basic sig was against the rules :/ I have come up with this very smallish one to prevent second glances from mods ;)
