Dearest Fanfest Attendees
Once again this year, we will be having an Alliance Leader Panel at Fanfest 2013.
If a representative from your Alliance or Corp (yes, corporations are allowed too present, despite the name) will be attending Fanfest and you want them to hold a presentation about your organization, what you have been up to lately and how you intend to take over EVE, now is the chance.
There are 7 available spots, each presentation should take about 5 minutes and then your representative will have to answer questions from the audience.
We have made some slight changes to the rules from last year to help ensure that players donGÇÖt unintentionally cross the line of what is appropriate during their panel
What is the selection process? First to post, first served. The first 7 people to call dibs in this thread will get the spots.
Then, when you have posted here reserving your spot, send CCP Dolan an EVE mail, stating that you are interested in speaking.
If you are not the CEO of your Corp or the CEO of the executor Corp of your Alliance, have him or her send me an EVE mail as well confirming that you will be representing your organization.
The presentation has to be in a .ppt or .pptx format - ready and in my email inbox (address will be provided at a later date) before Monday the 22nd of April, 2013. In addition to the slides that were required in previous years, we ask that you utilize the slide notes feature in powerpoint to give us some context about what you will be talking about in each slide.
The content of the presentation has to be more-or-less safe for work, at least safe for live streaming over twitch,tv.
Also, beware of using copyrighted material (specifically songs) in your presentations (also due to Youtube). Previous participants can attest to the lax censoring of all presentations but don't go all crazy.
I look forward to seeing who steps up to the plate this year to represent their alliance.

In the past, people have been allowed to be late, with no warning to us of their delay, this will not be the case this year. I would encourage you to make a powerpoint and send it in, the chances of someone not making it or being in a state that is not fit to go on stage is relatively high.

i know that last year The No Holes barred one was a last minute addition, he just showed up and handed CCP his presentation. Which I am sure isn't going to happen this year. Personally id love for you to go :) |
