Are you suggesting that one armed people are so criminally minded that the excess of crimes will overwhelm Concord? Or that one-armed coppers are useless? Or perhaps becoming one-handed makes you a criminal mastermind the likes of which would make even the most hardened detective flinch and drop the case?
