Lots of info in forum but what I want, or at least I cant find it.
Im a new player and Im looking for info on what agents give what as payment/bonus. Is there anything out there that has this info. Really Im looking for implants +1 +2 at mo. I only have access to lvl1 agents. Is this possible?
Ive read that storyline agents give these, are they the only ones that do? I also know that you can get them from the 'offers' 15k+ LP for +3 implants? Or something like that(too far ahead for me to think bout those ones yet).

The only way to gets implants are agent offers. But most require quite alot of lps if you are running level 1 mission.
Some mission, including storylines do drop implants but I have only seen hardwiring implants sofar.
I would say try getting to a level 2 agent and just keep doing mission.

I got a 2 to mem implant off a story line agent last week.

Got a +2 willpower few days ago with a level 2 storyline. And had previously 3 +1 on level 1 storylines (including the one right after the tutorial).

level 3 agetns should give +2 and +3 LP Offers and some storyliens (courier) also drop +3.

Some agents do give you implants as time bonuses. I have had a couple of +3 implants for completing missions. Someone told me that this will only happen once per agent, but I don't know how true that is!
The best thing to do is keep pluging away. Get an agent with a good rep and the rewards will come quicker!

The last mission of the <insert pirate faction name> Strike storyline (10 missions) always give as loot a +3 implant. Aside from those kind of missions, AFAIK only agent offers can give implants.

the only thing coming out via some agents is implnats - take the op before they are nerfed and plant em in to speed up youre skill learning speed
