Tired of a glaring WANTED across your name because some emo raging pub threw up a 100k isk bounty!
Allow us to pay concord the price of the bounty in order to remove it.
Extra Isk Sink, and cost the person who is paying off more to remove it than to lose it in fights (insurance). |

The fastest way to lose a bounty is go PvP, it will be gone in no time.

Well, it seems the only people who care about the "Wanted" in their portait are the same people with high risk aversion, which means they would never pvp. I would allow them to pay CONCORD to get rid of their bounty, thus decreasing the size of their obscenely bloated wallets.
Make it idiot-proof and someone will make a better idiot. |

I'd perfer the [WANTED] thing just be less intrusive. It's way too loud visually for something that is so meaningless.
Anyone who can kill you will kill you, and anyone who can't kill you doesn't matter. Bounties are pretty much just rewards for people who were killing you anyway.

Nooo, it would cost them more to get rid of it than to lose it in PVP; insurance.
But those who pvp in more blingy ships than frigates (cynabals, blops, ect) can sometimes go weeks pvping getting kills here and there and not dying. Having that big glaring WANTED 100,000 isk is just annoying.
If anyone actually put a real bounty on me I would just platinum insure an empty drake hull and kill myself with an alt then send them a nice thank you message for the free isk. |
