I might well have to just not pay not time and wait for it to be resolved because tbh its impossible for me to fight when i'm getting this lag. shame really.

Again, everyone i've asked so far in the UK has this packetloss to the EVE Server. If you're outside the UK, please do the following... Download pingplotter from here. I was told by a techie to run it 60 times at 1 minute intervals, while playing EVE (you dont to be playing of course, it just helps if you notice any lag, you can alt-tab to see the problem).
