Hi,
I run a small recruitment agency that offers both corps and players exactly what they need in the EVE Universe, the chance live EVE instead of worrying about recruitment issues.
I have candidate and corps to fit almost any scenario.
Why use me if you a corp??
- I vet all candidates, I use my personal experience as a recruitment consultant to root out frauds and thieves.
- I only offer candidates that suite your requirements.
- I don't deal with ANY candidate under 2 million skill points.
- I offer a discrete head hunting service if you need a specific player and would prefer no-one to know
- I NEVER head hunt from my clients
- I always have your interests at heart and always try to get bet best deal possible for you.
Why use me if you're a player??
- I vet all corps personally prior to recommending them to you.
- I am extremely discrete!! if you want to move and would prefer no-one to know, speak to me!
- I make my money from the corps so it cost you nothing.
- You should be playing eve not worrying about what corp to join.
- I pay 2 ISK's for every skill point you have.
- I always have your interests at heart and always try to get bet best deal possible for you.
other reasons;
- I offer an applicants head hunting fee. Every person you recommend that I place, I will give you 1 ISK per skill point that they have.

this actually sounds like a good idea.
However, I would think about trying to cobble a website together where people can enter their skill areas (mining, pve, pvp, etc), timezones, etc, so corps can browse through the database and see if anyone takes their fancy.
same goes for corp details that the players can browse.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, any new idea's are most welcome.
At the moment it is still in it's early stages (although doing very well!!). As soon as I can I'll create a website... it is on it's way!

Do you refund the fee a corp has paid if the player leaves within a short time period. I can imagine a player exploiting this system to get paid for continually skipping corps.

Indeed I do
80% If the applicant leaves within 28 days
50% within 56 days
20% within 84 days
Non after this period !!
this includes the applicant leaving or the applicant being sacked, redundancy is not included within this scheme

Excellent idea and I wish you all the success you can get. I just love it when peeps take initiative like this - it's what sets EVE apart.
If you wish to contact our HR team we may have some work for you - I leave them to do all the recruitment stuff so they'll prolly tell me off - but no harm in making contact.
