This is getting interesting.
Alright, new change to the rules, unverified alt bids have only ONE HOUR to claim the BPO. For the price they are bidding for this BPO, shows they really want it, so they can be up during that time if they are in a different timezone. It is Friday night anyways. Known reputable individuals will have the normal 24 hours.
I am moving tomorrow and I want this finalized as I don't have internet set up at my new location and I don't know when it will be ready.
