Hey guys, wanted to see if anyone else was having the same problem. I just got the Fanfest stream package, and then saw it was run via Twitch. So, I went and made a Twitch account, then went to enter the Stream coupon code as instructed by the page - but when I click the button to verify the code it says it's invalid! The code did show as "claimed" on the voucher page immediately, but I'm not sure if that's intentional or not.
So is anyone else having the same problem? Did I just try and use the code too quickly and Twitch hasn't been notified of my purchase yet? (which seems a silly way to do codes if so!) And if it is indeed a problem, any idea who to contact or where to petition? No Fanfest Livestream category as there has been in previous years =/

there's a link on the right side on the voucher-center. There you'll find an explanation on how to redeem the code. Don't feel stupid now, I had to petition it aswell, and got my answer within minutes. |

Your best plan at the moment would be to open a petition. it may be that the code was duplicated...
if that hasn't happened (and it probably hasn't) then you may want to ensure that both your EvE account and E-mail account are secure.
If you are using Gmail then there is a link at the bottom right of the page that will show you where your account has been accessed from recently...
failing all this, if you leave your PC logged in to your e-mail, then you may want to ask anyone else who has access to your PC if they checked the stream.... |

Turns out an invisible character was copying over with the code, it all works now - whew =P |
