And no, ecm is not a counter to tracking disruptors because
a) it can fail
b) modules contributing to its failure are available

Dosen't everyone love these posts? Whiner's are best at being target practice.
Anyway the mod should come out untill missiles have been nerfed a bit more. They are still over powered compared to guns.

Cant say I've even bothered with a tech 1 balistic control as I much prefer turrets, BUT fairs fair, they should be making some timescale as to there appearance at the very least. Idealy seed them.
Now i can understand that the new skills still setteling down and some comparrisions/tweaks for t2 dmg mods need to be looked at, but given us turret users had the dmg mods before the t2 guns iirc. It would be only fair to let missiles users not feel to left out much longer - even if tweaking later on is required. I'm sure missiles users would prefer a t2 dmg module now that needed some tweaking up in power than to wait longer for one that with changes is better balanced.
So I agree, let missiles users have there t2 love tools - though I'm still dreaming of ecm dmg mods myself :}
