4x heavy pulse laser II's
1x Med nos
1x target distruptor
1x 10MN AB II
1x warp scrabmler
1x em hardner
1x thermal harner
2x hs II's
1x med rep II
1x pdu II
1x cap relay

That setup is only a slight variation of a std Zealot setup tbh.
To kill another Zealot, ur gonna have to rely on ur skills, which are hopefully better. Or come up with a out the box setup.
Cap is not ur problem, ive never ran out of cap. Even with 3 med nos on me, i still killed the other hac,with cap to spare.
And any time ive lost a zealot, ive had cap, just cannot rep fast enough.
The distruptor will help for sure, as said, u could go for a jammer,but lame imo.
What about, going for beams, and maybe a nano, then providing u have decent nav skills, staying out of his range. Ofc, u then have the issue of keeping him there.
I would prob stay around 28k, with a 30k scram on him (if u have one ofc) That way, hell be using radios, or similar. And ull be using Multis or gammas.
Other than that, i see 2 options. Outdamage him, or out tank him.

looks like you have a litle grid problem there... i would try swaping a heavy laser for a focused, and the pdu for another HS II...

Its the tracking Dist thats stopping it fitting. And its cpu ur short..not grid.
Drop the pdu..it isnt worth the slot. Even with that gone, and using N-Type hardners u still cant fit it .
Id swap the pdu for a 400 RT plate, and the tracking dist for a web i guess. Or amarr jammer if it fits.
Though tbh, ull be doing a lot less dmg with only 2 hs on, and the em hardner will help for sure, but i still think hed break u.
With faction stuff u can get a nice setup, but ofc very exspensive

High :
4x Faction Heavy Pulses.
1x Faction Nossie
Mid:
1x Ab10
2x cap recharger II
Low:
Faction Heatsink
Hardner's to suit. ( i use Passive )
2x cpr's
Faction or T2 Armour Repper.

just use a rax with 8 ogres, web/scramble/tracking disruptor, 1600 plate, EM/2 therm hards and light neutron blasters with a damage mod. Try and entice said zealot into engaging at below 5km and watch as your overpowered cruiser kicks his arse

problem is it takes 3-4 goes of a medium smartie to blow up heavy drones, which is quite a long time, plus it will take quite a sizeable chunk of cap away from ya rep and guns.
