It has to be coffee. By the caffetiere - approx 6 tablespoons of decent (preferably colombian) ground coffee beans, allowed to saturate for approx 2-3 minutes prior to plunging.
In a 1 litre caffetiere this can make 4-5 coffees by adding boiling water to a half cup of the coffee itself, of the most orgasmically delicious coffee. It's gotta be strong. 
And when oftentimes playing eve in the nighttime, I indulge in some good old fashioned beer and on special occasions, a good whisky (favourites include Glenfiddich).
Don't get me wrong, I like my cocktails though ;) |

It depends of the weekdays.
Usually water, on week-end: Beer, red-wine, a blend of whisky, maple syrup and ginger-ale, and my favorite: Trinidad Sunset ! Here is the recipe:
3 oz of Cointreau
few drops of Angostura (aromatic bitters)
ice
add some ginger ale or 7up if you want
