We need moar rare stuff in eve

Even Estamel Invul's are somewhat common, I mean there's almost always one on contracts somewhere. I'm not just talking about mods, 10/10 Plexes are farmed with ease, MABC's are easily found in null, Titans are now a common sight in fleet battles. Nothing in this game is "rare" (and useful) anymore, the only thing I can think of is Tournament ships. I would like to see this game has some more spice, I would like to see 11/10 plexes that are extremely rare, maybe only spawning once a month or something, that require a fleet of Basi's or Gaurd's to rep a ship that requires X-type mods to even have the resists to tank this plex. Perhaps have it "inhabitated" by Rogue Sleepers that have extreme amounts of dmg and tracking and constantly change targets and each rooms has tons of these. Something eve fleets of maxed skilled pilots have trouble with. Maybe even having the plex change which dmg type(s) it does everytime it's respawned. The rewards though should be astounding, like having a decent chane to drop high-level officer mods and X-type items, maybe even a chance to drop a mod even more rare and powerful then Estamel Invul's, something that "was formed by these Rogue Drones millions of years ago" or something that would be worth the cost to put on a Titan or Scap. Instead maybe it could have like an "abbadoned fleet of ships" from rogue pirates, like you'd find a fleet of unpiloted pirate ships that you could hop in and fly off. Obviosuly gated so only sub-caps can enter This also shouldn't be limited to pve/pvpers, there should be something for miners. Maybe like a WH that leads to an empty section of space that is filled to the brim with MABC ores. It would take maybe even weeks to mine this place out with a fleet of Hulk's and Rorq's but would yield insane amounts of ore and minerals. Should probably respawn every month somewhere in null. IDK, I'm just throwing ideas out there, but I still think we need some super rare event that would put Eve in an uproar everytime one was found and completed. Something to spice eve up and give people that "what if I found this..." moment tl:dr - We need moar super rare events and mods in this games. Extremely hard 11/10 plexes requireing fleets of logi's but yield X-type/High-level officer and maybe even new super rare worthwhile mods. Also something for miners, giant ore deposits that take weeks to mine out with a full fleet. EDIT: Also forgot to add that these things should be a complete mystery surround them, you never know what to expect till you've already completed and not without losses. There should be as little info as possible about these things, nobody really knows exactly what they are. This could be somewhat accomplished by having completely random ship amounts and types everytime, maybe even completely different room setups and bosses. Maybe even have some ships cloaked and capital NPC carriers cyno in from random ships 5 Days In A Week... 4 Seasons In A Year... 3 Colors In A Stoplight... 2 Hemispheres On The Earth... ONLY 1-UP MUSHROOM!!!-áIf You Like My Sig, Like Me!

Anything rare is ganked for the lols. everyone wants the first kill on any new ship that comes out. If you had a one of a kind item that no one else owned and even if it did nothing you would be shot on sight by almost everyone you meet. Think of the tourni ships. They live in hangars. you dont see them flying around Jita. Even that fella Chribba does not fly his one of a kind ships in EVE and he is the most loved character we have. If he came out in a paper ship worth 50 billion isk he would not even make it past the loading screen. I have spoken and now my bed has spoken so im out

I'd like to see the rare stuff IF it was issued to be more achievement based pve rather than random number or transferable. And.. that PVE should be such that the whole time you're engaged in that sort of pve you are putting your self at risk to be caught by PVPrs (PVE rewarded with rare stuffs, PVP rewarded with increased targets (also rare and valuable for those gauging weallth by km's collected)

Introduce something ultra-rare and it means people will just throw a bigger blob of farmers at it. That's just about the rule in every MMOG. And if you make something like "limited to x instances in the whole EvE universe", people will hoard it just for bragging rights.
