Instead of training for T2 large guns or maxxing out a lot of useful energy/shield/armor/upgrade skills, I decided to go the Leadership route when they released the new skills last patch. Currently I'm less than a week away from Siege Warfare Spec V, but looking at the things I still have to train, I'm realizing that I won't be done until somewhere around February if I continue training towards command BCs.
Already trained: Leadership V (Rank 1) Armored Warfare IV (Rank 2) Skirmish Warfare IV (Rank 2) Info Warfare IV (Rank 2) Siege Warfare V (Rank 2) Siege Warfare Spec IV (Rank 5)
On the Menu: Siege Warfare Spec V (Rank 5) (5 days left) Cybernetics V (Rank 3) (15 days left) Squad Command V (Rank 6) (32 days left) Cruiser V (Rank 5) (25 days left) Battlecruisers V (Rank 6) (30 days left) Armored Warfare V (Rank 2) (9 days left) Skirmish Warfare V (Rank 2) (9 days left) Info Warfare V (Rank 2) (9 days left) Armored Warfare Spec IV (Rank 5) (4 days left) Skirmish Warfare Spec IV (Rank 5) (4 days left) Info Warfare Spec IV (Rank 5) (4 days left)
This list doesn't include any other pre-reqs for command ships that I might need, nor any skills for modules that have not yet been described or released like Wing Command. This list doesn't get finished until FEBRUARY 10th as it is, either. I really really really hope leadership is worth it in the end, as this is a six month project that I could spend on maxxing my damage/tanking/drone skills instead of being able to use command ships.

I'm sure he'll never have any trouble being called primary.

It is worth it if that's the role you want to play in combat.
Have you actually found squadron command skill in game yet?

Quick question, on those, do u have them trained already or is that the lvl u are taking them too? Cause the special skills take the regular skills at lvl 5 before u can train them. that and squadron commmand isnt even out. -----------------------------------------------

Leadership skills are useful but don't do them all at the same rate, concentrate on those that enhance one aspect and get that up as high as possible first. Choose your order of priority, say Armour, Targeting then Speed and get someone else in your corp to choose a different order.
I'd also add cloaking to your list as, as others have pointed out, you are now prime target in any fleet battle (assuming your enemy has done their research).

Well, let's take a look at his first post. The first bunch of skills are headed "already trained", and the second bunch that you quoted are headed "on the menu". Now, given all that do you think the second set of skills are "already trained"?

I do have cloaking, but I'm not sure how much good it will do me considering it just takes one ship locking me in group combat to make me unable to cloak. Plus cloaking turns off all of my command modules, making me invisible but useless.
Also are you are your name implies that you are a giver of male-oriented oral sex?
