is there a shortcut key or a macro/keystroke for reloading all your equipped turrets at once??? if so, please tell me

For the first there isn't any shortcut to reload all your weapons or any indvidual weapons, and you use macros at your own risk - you get caught using them you get banned for breaching the EULA.
For the second, there is no "Alpha Strike" type key you are looking for however the F1-F8 keys tend to do the job well enough for most people.

Why not just set the weapons on your ship to auto reload. Now I am new, quite new actually, but My weapons do have an autoreload option that works quite nicly......

The reason he is asking this is because after you finish with a spawn and warp to another belt it sux to have forgotten to reload and only have 1 or 2 shots in you guns. It would be nice to have a single button to reload all guns even if they are not empty.
Your Tachyon Beam Laser II perfectly strikes Guristas Demolisher, wrecking for 1076.8 damage.

Well, there is kind of an alpha strike. If you have nothing targetted, you can activate those offensive modules the normal way, then left click on the target. You will start targetting it automatically and fire immediately when the locking is complete. You can also activate the modules during targetting and they will have the same effect, but by doing so, you can inadvertantly click on something and start the lock/shoot on that.

I thought they had a thing against macros but, yes, thank you acientone and mookids, exactly for that spawn reason, and yes, I do that when I don't have something locked. but thank you for informing me that there is in fact no ultimate reload shortcut.

Wouldn't hurt to have one, though. Maybe be able to right-click on your pile of ammunition in the cargo bay, and select "Reload all turrets."
A "Turn everything online" button in fitting would be nice too. But they are only things that save small amounts of time, not exactly major bugbears.
