Just wondering how the crow compares to other inties in 1v1s
also, how would you fit a crow for anti-inty combat?
atm, i would guess:
3 Rockets
[empty]
Web
7.5km Scramble
AB or Tracking Disruptor
BCU
[empty]
[empty]
as u can see, i have left several empties here
as i don't fly inties, i ent sure what would go in these
how is this for an anti-inty setup?

Um and how do any of you intend to catch another inty without an MWD in 99% of encounters?
Hints 3 rocket launcher, one small turret (75mm gatling rail is good), mwd, web, scram, 200mm plate, bcu, cap relay.

Some people use your speed against you. In this case, they plan to either warp up within webbing range or wait for a Inty to MWD/AB up to them and engage. Works nicely actually.
I dono about using 2x Webbers though. You can web and orbit around at your op. SO if they MWD while being webbed, your speed cancles out there webbed speed more. So find something else worth putting on instead of that other webber. Maybe a Tracking Disruptor? AB? 2 Warp Disruptors? Who knows...

the reason they're listing the setups using dual webs is simple... your crow will be going at 531m/s which drops to 53m/s when 90% webbed... your target will be going at between 3400 and 5000m/s, which drops to 340-500m/s single webbed, and 34-50m/s double webbed... this ensures that in all but the most extreme cases (up against a double webbing mwding inty (stiletto, or someone without a scram) you will be able to finish off your target... and it's a lot lighter on caps

I'd preffer a nos setup though, but I'm a little weird like that
Yepyep, but if you're in a Inty already. Your base speed will cancle out 340-500 to maybe 100m/s if not 0 while running away from the webbed target. Not talking about assaults here.

bcu, the best nano fiber you can get, and one 20% low slot cap recharcer

HIGHS: x3 arby standards or Tech II if you can. x1 empty high.
MID: x1 AB or MWD, 1 named disruptor, x1 webby or target painter.
LOW: x1 PDU II, x1 Power Core Converter, x1 named BCU.
The Crow can out lock EVERY interceptor out there. How? you say? the crows max targeting range is 36K..the next closest targeting range is 22K. THAT is a HUGE advantage! esp over a turret interceptor.
Lock him before he locks you and put the disruptor on him and watch him cry exploit! cause his uber turrets didn't hit you once! I prefer the painter over the webby as there is a noticable difference in damage from missiles then with out.

Allmost got the same setup exept i use one cap recharger (named/techII) in the meds instead of a second webbie or scrambler....
