Did you increase the mumber of Tech2 BPOs, is your lottery having problems or am i just lucky?

Luck is a tricky thing. I know several occasions where one person has received 3-7 TL2 blueprints. It's not nice to the rest of us, of course, but that's still completely valid randomizure(sp?).

Same here... my researcher has 5 agents going now for 7 months, not a whisper from any of them except when begging for useless hugely overpriced science grads or crap like that.
