Maybe im doing it wrong, but ive looked threw google and everything. Any good 3rd party apps that CCP approves of and are helpful?
If you could tell me the name, what its for, and if at all possible where to get them, it'ed be very much appreciated. |

No 3rd party apps are officially approved by CCP.
But EveMon is the first thing you should install. |

Don't forget about EFT or EVEHQ
EDIT: Any 3rd party program that actually interacts with the TQ-server (botting) is against EULA and is a bannable offence.
EDIT II:
* EveMON = 3rd party that can be used to plan a skillqueue (long term queues, remaps etc.)
* EFT = Eve Fitting Tool, exactly as the name, you can offline practice several fits etc.
* EVEHQ = large program, has got: Skillqueue planning, fitting, itemdatabase, Evemail, POS planner, Industry planner etc.
All of teh above mentioned programs use your limited or full API to work / update your character in the program.

Don't forget pyfa. It's like EFT but, aside from being free software, it also runs on Mac OS, GNU/Linux etc . GÇô perfect if you have a non-Windows laptop nearby and want to try new fits while playing EVE on your main computer.

(http://eve-survival.org/wikka.php?wakka=HomePage) eve survival contains guides for missions, epic arcs, incursions and wormholes. If you get stuck in PvE content, stop by here for advice.
(http://eve-files.com/) eve files is a third party file hosting tool created by chribba, eves only trustworthy citizen, to provide free hosting for any and all eve related content.
(http://evemaps.dotlan.net/) dotlan maps contains full mapping data for the whole of eve online, if you get lost, find yourself here!
Finally, the always up to date (http://go-dl1.eve-files.com/media/corp/Verite/influence.png) automatic API sovereignty map will allow you to keep an eye on the ebb and flow of eve online 0.0 politics, by seeing who owns what space where.
I think that covers all the common ones for PC. You'll find mobile phone apps by searching your app store for "eve online".
Remember that it is currently against the EULA for people to charge money for any program which uses eve IP. Don't pay for eve apps.

There is bug in forums that if you use '%' anywhere in your message, then linking will not work. |
