Jercy Fravowitz placed bounties of 111,111 on every member of my corporation. Every time someone is killed and loses their bounty, the character places another bounty right afterwards. I can't really believe that this dude is just sitting at his computer for hours on end re-placing bounties on entire corporations of characters. Judging from all the out-of-game development threads he's posted in and talked about, it wouldn't be unreasonable to assume he's developed some sort of bounty bot. I've since reported him as a bot in-game and would like to know if any other corporations or alliances have the same bounties from Jercy? Funny how most people know the pizza alliance, if only for their (sometimes) good bombers/probers.
But I've never heard of the ISM...oh guess I should point out too, you've misused the plural in this case. Better remake your corp before someone notices.
edit: oh yeah there's a topic.
I particularly like the fact you actually did a little background on the guy's posting habits. Interesting new type of bot... |

My post was in jest; thanks for taking it way too seriously. The use of x's etc in gamertags, names, alliances/corps etc is a personal pet peeve.
Since my corp only has two active players, both new, and no alliance to speak of, I'd be surprised if you had heard of us too. Also explains why I've never heard of the pizza alliance. The use of the suffix -s when using the word Maori as a plural is common amoung English-language users. You are correct that in the Maori language, that suffix is not used, however in EVE, given there are multiple players in the corp, the use of the -s serves to prevent ambiguity. Also if you bothered to look at the ticker [EHBRU], we clearly don't take ourselves seriously.
OT: OP, maybe you could check the time the bounties are placed on you and your corp-mates - might reveal if they're being posted at the same time and at super-human speeds? |

Hi!
Jercy Fravowitz did the same to me and my Corp- and Alliance-Members yesterday evening. I don't know for what this will be useful, but I'll think he's doing that, because the Alliance "Whores in space" has declared war to our Alliance one day before. |

Just ask him if he wants to join ur Corp everytime he places a bounty.

Because smushing X's around your alliance name due to the base name already being taken is apparently humour requiring a most esteemed intellect...
On topic: Myself and an alt in my corp were bountied for the same 111,111 by the same character. That in itself wouldn't be unusual since maybe they just saw my post in this thread... but... My NPC-corp alt was also bountied. I im seriously beginning to beileve OP about it being a bot of some form |

Hes done the same to a lot of guys over here as well as others, i would probably go as far as saying if you see a bounty ot 111111 then it was 'ole jerry who placed it path-+find-+er (pthfndr, p+๑th-)n. 1. One that discovers a new course or way, especially through or into unexplored regions.

Yea, he did the same to me. I shrugged and got on with my life. Bounties are pointless until they get to 10 digits. If he wants to waste his money that's his choice. Everytime you vote for Trebor, DNSBlack's Arazu dies. |

Let's say he is using a bot. The question is why?
People make bots for a reason. Usually to profit. How does this profit him?
Or is the idea he's doing it just to grief? If so, what is his motive for griefing your corp in particular? |

That same character has placed a 111,111 ISK bounty on me as well this past week. I don't even log on but once in a few months, and only do PI. Haven't interacted with other users on Eve in almost a year. |

LOL -> let's think for a second... (ok, I know that's hard for some, but play along with me)
I spend ISK to put a bounty on someone. If I kill him/her and collect the bounty, I get my own ISK back. Hmm...hard to imagine making a profit on that!
Or - maybe I'm trying to encourage other people to kill that pilot. Ahh...for a bounty of 111,111? Seriously? That small a bounty wouldn't even get you on the farthest outskirts of a bounty hunter's radar - especially if the person on whom the bounty has been placed stays in hisec space.
I was in a roam with Jercy in my first month or so in Eve. He put a 100,000 ISK bounty on me and I wondered why would he do something mean like that. I asked one of the others in the group and he said "Are you kidding? A bounty of 100,000 is just something to let other people know you're in the universe. No big deal."
So let me make a suggestion: don't worry about a wee, tiny bounty on your heads, people. And don't even THINK about attacking Jercy. I don't KNOW -- but I'd suspect he'd separate your head from the rest of you without a blink, and chuckle as he watched your dead pod float off into the distance. And if you bring some friends along to help, I'd not be surprised to see their dead pods floating there beside yours.
Like I said, I don't KNOW that - but I'd bet ISK to spacedust on him. |

A common thing for pick pockets in large cities is to work in pairs. One pick pocket finds the "mark" and normally will mark him with chalk or something by patting him on the back and complimenting his tie or some thing like that. This is why they are generally called "marks". Then the pick pocket will spot the mark and lift the goods. This allows the two parties to work in tandem but require no communication and can remain separated from one another.
Ask your self... are you being "marked"? |

You appear to have been shooting space rocks too long buddy. Maybe the radiation from those mining lasers has affected your brain to the point of not being able to recognise the purpose of an NPC-Corp alt.
On topic: I actually asked Jercy about this directly while on another character and he responded (Can't remember if I saved chat logs)
His response was that he has a macro-enabled mouse (who doesn't these days) with a macro that automatically does something along the lines of: - Right Click - Left Click - 111111 - Enter
If he sees you in local (particularly Jita local) he'll get you. He's also in an NPC corp himself. It's as simple as taking 5-10mins every time he logs on and he can nail everyone in local. My main has been honoured twice. |
