The theatrical trailer seemed abit pants to me, didn't seem to be much atmosphere in it at all. Another Action Movie #101

It doesn't look that bad, to be honest.
I hope there's not too much of that FPS-style camera view though and I'm a bit dismayed to note a lot of darkness-shadowy-movement-it's-behind-you stuff too.

I read somewhere that about 15 minutes of footage is shot from first-person.
Hell, they should make the whole thing first-person, they way they've done it looks PERFECT in the trailer.

they made up some new stupid plot about genes, wheres the good old theme of hell on mars?!?
the sound effects and visuial effects look retarded!
teh actors suck! they shoud have had vin diesel or something, the rock isint the right actor for this movie.. but hey they messed everything else up.
bah.. big loss for gamers everwhere... that trailer dident even have any feeling in it, im just sitting here feeling no emotion at all

the plot is BS... they where to scared to have it be about Hell...
and the claiming that 1st person is "revolutionary" is total BS...
damnit there was 1st person view in Phycho and in starwars EP1
this movie dosnt deserve to be called DOOM... BLAM!

I thought it looked a 'lil crappy too, dunno tho didn't really see too much, lots of dark etc, but it did seem to follow suit with the 1st, going into a facility etc, dunno how it will pan out tho...
Mebbe they'll do a trilogy and end up in hell after that, who knows? meebe it'll flop

If the whole movie was shot in 1st person with a good story, we'd really have the most revolutional camera style ever.
But they might not want to "risk" that. Anyway, I will watch it. Looks good.

Didn't know about the fps bit of the movie, that kinda threw me off. They probably lefy out the demons on mars and all due to satanic content, damn those right-wingers
It's just another resident ebil, no brainer, cliched pile of american junk (no offence to americans, just thier briandead, ciltureless, talentless, retarded film writters/makers)
I'll prolly still watch it to see how bad it is though, hoolywood films are like watching a car crash, their really quite apalling and tragic, yet something warped inside keeps you watching.
