Theres always a flip side - this "http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=21745" is the addicted post - this one here is for those things that show that you aren't addicted to EVE.

You log on to see what's up, no one is doing any corp-related activities and your agent has an assignment you can complete in-system, but yet, you still turn it off and boot up some solitaire instead.

"when you actually eat in your kitchen:)"
Thats a good one
When you lose a ship and countless rare modules due to a bug, but you understand, accept and follow the advice of a GM that just told you they won't give your stuff back (bad luck), and "if you are not prepared to accept the risk, stay in safe areas". _______________________________________________

"When you whip out your Gameboy whenever the mining lasers turn on."
Thats wrong Archon.. you have to be addicted to EVE to even think about mining

Edited by: MrCharisma on 28/07/2003 03:45:24 When you read all new posts in the forum but dont log into eve the same day.
When you are going to toilette and dont think "i have to jettison something".
When you dont have all your watches, cellphones etc. set to remember you to learn a (new) skill.
When you can tell your local time instead of current eve time.
When you dont click on the "connect" button every minute to be first on server after downtime.
When you log into eve and it tells you someting about a new patch.
last one: If you still ask in the local chat if there are any other systems and asteroid belts except (in) *your starting system*. |
