When did AFK cloakers hurt anyone? Just imagine they're gone afk to play with some kittens!

You should see the street I live on. Myself and CCP Maiden Steel regularly get cornered by fluffy kitties that want snuggles on the way to and from work.

There's at least 25 cats that live on our street. It's a 10 minute walk to/from work, but the trip often takes 20-30 minutes because of kitties

oh no the kittens have the door camped... quick jettison some tuna at the other door so they get distracted.

Falcon, I work in a customer support dept for a major aircraft manufacturer. My job is to support technicians for their aircraft maintenance (mostly by e-mail). Just want to tell you how I often wish I could make jokes and twists like you just did above, when replying to my customers.

But anyways,

To OP, in my opinion, the only good reasons you can be AFK cloack are:

- You are having a dump
- You are changing your kids diaper or putting your kid(s) in bed
- You are grabbing a beer in the fridge upstairs
- Your wife/gf just walked by your desk in sexy lingerie and you both had to go make a baby (or practice making one)
- Someone broke in your house/apartment
- your neighbor`s sexy wife/gf just nocked at your door (and she wants to practice making babies)
- Montreal is about to eliminate Boston from the series

I am sure they could be other good reasons but...falling asleep is not one of them. The only place you can fall asleep in front of a computer (while cloacked), is probably in a CCP office. They sometimes call this, presenteeism.

It depends on what kind of cloak you're wearing. Will it be pink, with kittens embroidered on it?

AFK Cloakers, and kittens, should be banned from Eve Online. They are, or only leave, unwanted things in the Sandbox.

btw what about just getting onto an stable dramiel and just flying in a straight line at some ludicrous speed so scanning it wont allow you to catch it? would that be considered AFK speeding?
