My Corp and Alliance is starting to grow and as we all know communication is key to growth and all around survivability of such endeavors. but I've run into a issue with regular members sending out Corp and Alliance Eve mails. What has me confused is when researching Corp roles and how they work I thought that only a Communications Officer could send those out. Role description: Communications Officer (Grants the right to send EVE mails to your corporation and alliance, and allows you to create corporation and alliance calendar events.) If this isn't the case I am wondering why this role even exists. Anyone can send corp mail, but thought they still needed the role for alliance. If not, the calendar events might be the only use left for the role. Unless you tested that, and anyone can set up alliance calendar events too. With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
